Directions for Preservation of Trading Data in Trading Through the Internet or Other Electronic Methods

1     With regard to the preservation periods of trading related business certificates, including written documents or electronic recordings, the "Table of Mandatory Preservation Periods for Accounts, Statements, Vouchers, and Certificates of Securities Firms" shall be followed.
2     The computer audit logs of trading orders and inquiries made by customers through the Internet or other electronic methods shall be preserved for at least five years, provided where there is any dispute in a trading order, the log shall be preserved until the dispute is resolved.
