These Procedures are established in accordance with Article 3 of the TWSE Procedures for Review of Securities Listings to provide a standardized evaluation practice for securities underwriters providing consultations on the initial listing applications or applications by Taiwan Innovation Board listed companies, Taiwan Innovation Board primary listed companies for relisting as TWSE listed companies or TWSE primary listed companies, and strengthen the effect of consultation prior to listing of securities.
