The TWSE shall calculate the handling fees payable before the end of each month based on the trading volume engaged in by each securities firm for the then current month and the fee schedule referred to in the immediately preceding Article, and shall issue and forward an invoice to each securities firm. The securities firms shall make full payment before the 10th day of the following month.
