When exercising the subscription rights, a holder of Stock Warrants shall complete and submit a subscription application to the issuer or its agent. Payment of shares shall be made by the holder to the issuer or its agent.
After the holder of Stock Warrants exercises the subscription rights, delivery of securities shall comply with the regulations governing centralized securities depository enterprises.
