Article 2     In exercising rights and participating in resolutions, a juristic person shareholder with controlling power in this Corporation shall act in good faith and in the best interest of all shareholders, and, except as otherwise provided by law and regulation or by the articles of incorporation, shall act in accordance with the provisions of these Rules.
