5     When an appeal is accepted, the TWSE, within 30 business days from the appeal date, shall convene the Review Committee for Appeals by Securities Firm Employees Against Dispositions (the "Appeal Review Committee"). The meeting notice and materials relating to the appeal shall be delivered to the members of the Appeal Review Committee 7 days before a committee meeting is held.
