| Article 1 |
Except as otherwise provided by law, when Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation (TWSE) accepts applications from securities firms for auctions of listed securities pursuant to Article 74 of the Operating Rules of the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Operating Rules"), the auctions shall be conducted in accordance with these Regulations.
