A securities dealer may subscribe stock or corporate bonds of a company. With the exception of such subscriptions, any proprietary trading of listed securities by a securities dealer shall be done on the Exchange only. Unless otherwise approved by the Competent Authority, a securities dealer shall not place orders with securities brokers to trade on its behalf.
