Except where otherwise provided by rules and regulations, the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation (TWSE) shall follow these Procedures when reviewing applications for securities listing. Where provisions applying to review procedures have been amended, applications shall be reviewed in accordance with the amended provisions.
