| Article 43 | Upon violation of these Rules by a securities firm or any of its responsible persons or employees, either the TWSE or the GTSM may take corresponding action pursuant to its rules.

| Article 44 | These Rules, and any amendments hereto, shall be jointly prepared by the TWSE and GTSM, and announced and implemented after submission to and final approval by the competent authority.
