   Chapter IX Supplementary Provisions
Article 33    In the event of a violation of these Operating Rules by a securities firm, its responsible person, or employee, TWSE or TPEx may handle in accordance with its applicable rules and regulations.
Article 34    These Operating Rules are jointly drafted by the TWSE and TPEx and take effect after having been submitted to and approved by the competent authority. Subsequent amendments thereto shall be effected in the same manner.
