A securities firm that trades equity derivatives linked to Taiwan stocks with offshore overseas Chinese or foreign nationals shall first confirm that the trading counterparty has completed registration in accordance with the Regulations Governing Investment in Securities by Overseas Chinese and Foreign Nationals.
