Upon occurrence of any of the circumstances described in the subparagraphs of Article 39, paragraph 1 to an SBL participant in a fixed-price or competitive bid transaction, the TWSE may halt that party's participation in securities borrowing and lending transactions.
If an event of default under Article 40 occurs to an SBL participant in a fixed-price or competitive bid transaction, the TWSE shall terminate that party's participation in securities borrowing and lending transactions.
