A company repurchasing its own shares shall enter the information specified in Articles 2 and 3, and in the preceding article into the Market Observation Post System (MOPS).<br/>For matters required to be reported or publicly announced under these Regulations, the reporting and public announcement is complete once the company has transmitted the information to the MOPS. |
