After securities are listed, during January of each subsequent year the issuer shall pay the listing fee for that year to the TWSE. If the securities are delisted after such payment is made, the TWSE will refund the payment on a pro-rata basis, calculated based on the actual number of months the securities were listed that year (with any partial month calculated as a full month).
