| Article 37 |
Disputes arising from and/or in connection with trading of securities in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Act between the Corporation and securities brokers or securities dealers shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Act. Where necessary, the Corporation may approach the Taiwan Securities Association for mediation services prior to arbitration.
