An underwriter may sell securities by entering into a securities book building sub-underwriting (hereinafter, "sub-underwriting") contract with a securities broker as prescribed by Article 26 paragraph 2, and may entrust said broker to act on its behalf in other matters related to subscription and sales of securities.
