Securities in the custody of a centralized securities depository enterprise (below, "CSDE") and eligible for book-entry transfer shall be limited to one of the following:<br/>1. Securities listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE).<br/>2. Securities traded over the counter of securities firms.<br/>3. Other securities approved by the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC). |
