Securities that exhibit extreme price volatility, abnormal changes in trade volume, or overly concentrated ownership shall have margin purchase ratio and short sale collateral requirements adjusted by 10% at the most, even if all three conditions occur simultaneously. In such case, however, the ratios may revert to normal only if the security no longer exhibits extreme price volatility and abnormal trade volume for six consecutive business days, and is simultaneously absent of concentrated ownership.
