“To publicize” referred to in Article 17 of the Act shall be made by the government agency within one month after building the personal information files. This provision is also applicable to any alteration thereof. The methods of publication shall be specified and prevented from being changed at will.
“Other proper means” referred to in Article 17 of the Act shall mean publicizing by means of government gazette, newspaper, magazine, electronic newspaper or other manners which the general public has the access of review.
