| Article 20 |
An overseas Chinese who fails to make an investment in accordance with this Statute prior to the amendment to this Statute may, within one (1) year from the enforcement of this amended Statute, apply to the Competent Authority for registration for the application of this amended Statute to his/her prior investment.<br/>The procedure of registration referred to in the preceding Paragraph shall be prescribed by the Competent Authority. |
