(Handling of digital divide)
When convening a virtual-only shareholders meeting, this Corporation shall provide appropriate alternative measures available to shareholders with difficulties in attending a virtual shareholders meeting online.Except in the circumstances set out in Article 44-9, paragraph 6 of theRegulations Governing the Administration of Shareholder Services of Public Companies, the shareholders shall at least be provided with connection facilities and necessary assistance, and the period during which shareholders may apply to the company and other related matters requiring attention shall be specified.
