Regulations Governing the Appointment and Exercise of Powers by the Remuneration Committee of a Company Whose Stock is Listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange or the Taipei Exchange

Article 2     A company whose stock is listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange or the Taipei Exchange shall establish a remuneration committee under the Act and these Regulations. However if any other law provides otherwise, its provisions shall prevail.
