The Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation (TWSE) shall follow these Procedures in processing an application for acceptance of qualifications of underlying indexes and listing of exchange traded notes (ETNs) unless otherwise provided by the laws and regulations. When there are changes to the regulations based on which these Procedures are established, the new regulations shall govern.
