| Article 7 |
The companies that are not applicable to Article 22-1 of the Act mentioned in the proviso of Paragraph 1, Article 22-1 of the Act shall be limited to the following paragraphs.<br/>1. a company provided in Paragraph 1, Article 3 of the Administrative Law of State-Owned Enterprise.<br/>2. A company offering its shares to the public.<br/>3. Other companies announced by the central competent authority jointly with the Ministry of Justice. |
