The term “military agency” as used in Subparagraph 5 of Article 3 of the Act refers to the Ministry of National Defense and its subordinate agency (institution), troop, school; and the term “intelligence agency” as used therein, refers to the agency specified in Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2 of Article 3 of the National Intelligence Services Law. |
