As referred to in Subparagraph 5, Article 3 of the Act, “military agencies” refer to the Ministry of National Defense and its subordinate agencies (institutions), units, and schools; “intelligence agencies” refer to the agencies specified in Subparagraph 1, Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2, Article 3 of the National Intelligence Work Act. |
