| Article 66 | These Regulations shall enter into force from the date of issuance, with the exception of the following articles as amended and issued on 26 November 2015: Articles 12 to 14, 17, and 34, which shall enter into force from 30 November 2015, and Articles 15, 18, 38 to 41, 43 to 46, 48 to 51, and 53, which shall enter into force from 1 February 2016.
