Article 14-2

Where the cause in Article 26, paragraph 1, subparagraph 4, item B or C for the compulsory early return of securities appliesto subject securities in securities borrowing and lending transactions, no additional loaning of such securities is permitted from the 10th business day prior to the date prescribed by the TWSE for the return of securities in satisfaction of the loan or from the date of announcement of the above cause.
