Article 45

If a customer fails to promptly notify the securities firm in writing of any change to the information contained in the Margin Account Application Form with respect to the name, national ID number, or juristic person's uniform serial number, mailing address, or contact telephone number of the customer, agent, or representative, the securities firm may halt margin purchases and short sales by the customer.
