3-6     A SITE or FTE that lists beneficial certificates of ETF or active securities investment trust ETF shall disclose the portfolio composition file (“PCF”) information on their company website after calculating the fund's net asset value at the end of each business day. However, the first disclosure date shall be the business day before the listing date of the beneficial certificates. In the event of force majeure, the aforementioned disclosure time may be postponed to before the opening of the next business day.
    The PCF information referred to in the preceding paragraph includes the reference data, information, and portfolio content related to the creation and redemption of the ETFs for the next business day.
    The issuer shall disclose the premium/discount percentage on its company website before the market opens on each business day. The disclosure shall include at least the data for the most recent year and the most recent quarter, presented in either a table or a line chart.
    If an ETF or an active securities investment trust ETF has a premium/discount percentage of 10 percent or more on a single business day, or if the premium/discount percentage reaches three percent or more for five consecutive business days, the issuer, in addition to complying with the requirements in the preceding paragraph, shall also disclose on its company website and explain the possible reasons.
