Article 8     A professional development institution that offers the training courses for principal accounting officers prescribed by these Regulations shall apply to the competent authority for recognition and receive approval pursuant to the Regulations Governing the Review of Professional Development Institutions for Principal Accounting Officers of Issuers, Securities Firms, and Securities Exchanges.
