Article 6 Agencies that maintain and operate information and communication systems established or developed by themselves or through outsourcing shall be classified as Level C.<br/>The information and communication systems established by themselves or through outsourcing referred to in the preceding paragraph mean information and communication systems with differentiated access privileges and management functions.
