Article 3     A market maker shall provide bid and ask quotes from a designated account (securities firm account: 555555-5). An exchange incentive program participant shall participate in trading from a designated account (securities firm account 555555-6).
    Market makers and exchange incentive program participants may use the accounts mentioned in the preceding paragraph to implement hedging.
