   Chapter 7 Supplementary Provisions
Article 38Overseas compatriots and foreign nationals found in violation of these Regulations or other relevant acts and regulations shall be punished in accordance with applicable acts and regulations.
Article 39These Regulations shall enter into force from the date of issuance.
