   Chapter V Supplementary Provisions
Article 34    These Regulations, and any amendments hereto, shall enter into force after submission to the competent authority for recordation. Any addition, deletion, or amendment to an attachment of these Regulations shall enter into force after approval by the CEO of the TPEx.
