Article 5-1
The Corporation may, based on the needs and by a resolution of the board of directors(the "Board"), provide a guarantee for companies, in which the Corporation directly or indirectly holds more than half of the total voting shares.
Article 8
The total capital of the Corporation shall be NT$ 6,604,347,450 divided as 660, 434, 745 shares with a par value of NT$10 per share. All the shares shall be fully issued.
