Article 9
A company, a foreign company or a rent-seeking enterprise in the Mainland Area applying for incorporation or alteration registration of a branch company shall pay, when filing the written application, a registration fee at the charging rate of NT$1,000 for each branch company.
Article 10-1
When filing an application for registration or permission and uploading the documents, tables and statements required to be submitted through internet transformation means pursuant to Article 4 through Article 10 of the Regulation, the filing fee shall reduce NT$300 per application.
