Title:Regulations Governing Securities Firms (2024.03.06)
Article 29 When a securities firm underwrites securities, it shall mandate a bank to establish a separate account to collect prices on its behalf unless the securities are delivered on the spot.
The prices collected under the preceding paragraph shall not be used unless and until a certificate evidencing payment or the securities sold are delivered to the subscriber.
