Article 74-1

The hours of the centralized securities exchange market established by the TWSE for trading at fixed price after closing of the market shall be from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. All trades shall be matched at the closing price of the same day. The trading rules shall be prescribed by the TWSE and reported to the Competent Authority for approval before the implementation.
