The TWSE may, where it deems necessary, set up a special section on its designated Internet information filing system, and publish in the section summarized financial data obtained from the information filed by listed companies and secondary listed companies, to bring the information to the attention of investors; the items of financial information to be so published shall be determined by the TWSE.
