Article 103

A membership stock exchange is a non-profit association. Except as provided in this Act, a membership stock exchange shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.<br/>The members of a stock exchange referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be limited to securities dealers and securities brokers.
