(Persons Eligible to Trade on a Centralized Securities Exchange Market)<br/>Persons allowed to engage in transactions in a centralized securities exchange market shall be confined, in the case of a membership stock exchange, to members, and in the case of a company-type stock exchange, to securities brokers and dealers that have entered into a contract for usage of the centralized securities exchange market.
