(Limit on Aggregate Liabilities of a Securities Firm)<br/>The aggregate liabilities of a securities firm shall not exceed a prescribed multiple of its capital net worth; the aggregate current liabilities shall not exceed a prescribed percentage of its aggregate current assets.<br/>The foregoing multiple and percentage shall be prescribed by the Competent Authority.
