Article 69

When a securities firm dissolves or partially ceases its business, its board of directors shall file a statement with the Competent Authority explaining the reasons.<br/>The provisions of Articles 67 and 68 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the matters referred to in the preceding paragraph.
