(Filing for Registration of Dissolution or Partial Business Cessation)<br/>Where a securities firm dissolves or partially ceases a part of its business, its board of directors shall file a registration statement with the Competent Authority explaining the reasons.<br/>The provisions of Article 67 and 68 shall apply mutatis mutandis to matters referred to in the preceding paragraph.
