The draft prospectus shall be posted, as an electronic file in the format prescribed by the FSC, to the information disclosure website specified by the FSC and, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice of effective registration, the final amended/revised prospectus s shall be posted, as an electronic file in the format prescribed by the FSC, to the information disclosure website specified by the FSC.
If the company adopts the shelf registration method for the issuance of new shares, when it subsequently issues new shares under the shelf registration, it shall, within 30 days from the date the securities underwriter issues its summary evaluative opinion, post the final prospectus as an electronic file to the information disclosure website specified by the FSC.
