Article 64     After securities have been offered and issued, the foreign issuer shall make public announcements and file the reports with the FSC in accordance with the regulations of the FSC.
    The particulars to be publicly announced and reported pursuant to the preceding paragraph shall be separately prescribed by the FSC.
