Article 66 These Regulations shall enter into force from the date of issuance, except for Article 17, paragraph 2, subparagraph 3, item 3 and Article 61, paragraph 2, subparagraph 3, item 3 amended and issued on 14 August 2012, which shall enter into force from the 2013 fiscal year; and the articles amended and issued on 29 December 2023, which shall enter into force from 1 January 2024.
