Article 2     Trading of book-entry central government bonds at the TWSE centralized securities exchange market for book-entry central government bonds shall be in compliance with the requirements in these Rules. For matters not provided in these Rules, other applicable laws and regulations and the relevant requirements in the TWSE rules shall govern.
