Subscribers shall not be entitled to compensation when normal operation is prevented by an interruption in transmission or an equipment failure in the trading information equipment provided by the TWSE.
Applicant users shall not be entitled to compensation if they are unable to use the trading information when, pursuant to these Regulations, the TWSE terminates the contract for use of trading information.
